Refund policy

Return and Refund Information:
Thank you for shopping at Collector's Oupost! We offer returns and exchanges within the first 14 days of receiving your online purchase, or within the first 14 days of your in-store purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us immediately if you feel an item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Gift cards are non-refundable.

You will receive a refund to your original payment method once we have processed your return. We will contact you if there are any issues. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

In-Store Returns:
To be returned, your item must meet our return guidelines and be within our 14-day timeframe.

Items may be returned in person to any of our store locations. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.  If you are local and purchased your item online, you may also return or exchange your item in any of our store locations. 

Online Returns: 
To be returned online, your item must meet our return guidelines and be within our 14-day timeframe. 

For items purchased internationally or outside of the contiguous United States, you are responsible for the return shipment and shipping cost of returning your item.   

Returns of large items marked with a special Shipping/Handling fee: 
Due to the significant costs associated with the shipment of large items, we are unable to refund the shipping and handling fee associated with certain larger or heavier items such as certain large statues.  Items with a special shipping/handling fee are identified in their product listings.
