Shipping policy
Prompt and careful shipping of your items is our highest priority. As fans ourselves, we understand the importance of our handling, packaging, and speedy shipping for your items!
None of us ever want to receive a damaged item — we're honored to be trusted with your purchase, and we take huge pride in doing everything we can to protect both your package itself and the product within.
Shipping Timeframe:
We process orders Monday - Friday as quickly as we can. With the exception of Pre-Order items, nearly all of our items ship the same day or within 1 business day!
Once we receive your order, your purchase will be fulfilled and shipped with care to the name & shipping address selected in your order. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
Our shipping days are Monday-Friday business days. Federal Holidays, Saturday, and Sunday are not included in our shipping days, however at our busiest times of year or when we are experiencing a high volume of orders, we do our very best to continue our lightning-fast shipping. You may see us process or ship your items on non-business days if our delivery schedules allow.
Domestic Shipping & our Free Domestic Shipping:
- We offer Free Shipping to addresses in the domestic United States for most purchases of $50 or more.
- If you are placing an order with a subtotal below $50, the shipping total for your package will be included in your total at the time of purchase.
- Shipping Surcharges or exclusions may apply to certain large or fragile items.
Shipping Address Accuracy:
As soon as checkout for your purchase is completed, a confirmation email is sent to your selected email address with all of your order details. Please check your email right away to ensure the correct name and complete shipping address are present in your order (including any building or apartment numbers). If anything looks incorrect or if you do not see a confirmation email, send us a message right away.
If there are any problems with the recipient name or the shipping address we received in your order, you must let us know right away so that we can quickly do our best to correct your order.
We are unable to alter your shipping information once a package has been picked up by the carrier. While we will always do whatever we can to make sure you receive your purchase, we are not responsible for lost items or additional shipping charges that are the result of purchases made with incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If a package is delivered back to us as a result of being shipped to the wrong or incomplete original shipping address, we will always do our best to contact you and help. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of re-shipping your package to your corrected address.
We check and double-check every package, but if our team ever does make a mistake regarding your purchase, we promise we will always do everything in our power to make it right.
International Shipping:
We are located in the United States. We love providing our items to customers around the world, and we are continually expanding the number of countries to which we offer International shipping. We carefully handle and package all of our items for the best shipping experience.

NOTE: Any purchase made through our online store will include only the purchase cost of the item as well as our shipping and handling charge. As the receiver of your item, you are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other import charges. Any import-related fees are determined by the applicable Customs and Border Services agency in the country of import and will be billed directly from Customs to the receiver of the item.
If you have any questions about a country's import process or customs charges, we always strongly advise you to contact the proper import authorities within your relevant country.

Duties, Taxes, or Additional Import Charges:
In all cases, the person in the receiving country is responsible for paying any applicable sales tax or other fees determined by their country once their item has been received and processed by Customs in their country.
As the receiver of your item, you are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, sales taxes, or any other related charges. Any import-related fees are determined by the applicable Customs and Border Services agency in the country of import and charged to the customer at time of import.
Note to those purchasing a gift to be shipped Internationally:
If your Collector’s Outpost order includes an item being shipped to a person in any country outside of the United States, the relevant Customs and Border Services in the receiving country must legally hold the receiver of your shipped item responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or other import related fees at the time their package is processed through customs.
Other Customs or Import Laws:
To the best of our knowledge, we offer international sale and shipping only for our products which are allowed to be legally purchased and imported within each country. As the purchaser, you are responsible for making sure that your items comply with any import laws in the country to which you will be receiving your items. Please consult with the proper import authorities if you have any questions about whether a specific item will be allowed.
About De Minimis:
Many countries do not charge additional duties or import fees for purchases that fall below the De Minimis Value agreed upon by the government of the relevant country. If your total purchase cost is beneath the threshold for the country into which your item is being received, it is possible that your purchase may not be required to pay additional duties or import charges.
We are not responsible for any import costs and are unable to calculate any applicable taxes or fees, but we are happy to help you to the best of our ability. In order to assist you, we will maintain a list of each country’s stated De Minimis threshold. Please note that any import costs are charged by Customs of the receiving country. We are not able to guarantee the accuracy of this list. If you have any questions about the import process or customs charges for your country of residence, we always strongly advise you to contact the proper import authorities within your relevant country.
