Return and Refund Information:

2024 Holiday Return Policy: 
We have extended our return policy for the 2024 Holiday Season! 

Items purchased between 10/20/2024 and 12/24/2024 may be returned or exchanged until Monday January 13th, 2025.  

To be eligible for return or exchange, an item must be in the same brand-new condition as purchased, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns or exchanges.

Please contact us immediately if you feel an item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Gift cards are non-refundable.

You will receive a refund to your original payment method once we have processed your return. We will contact you if there are any issues. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

In-Store Returns:
To be returned, your item must meet our return guidelines and be within our 14-day timeframe or our extended holiday return policy. 

Items may be returned in person to any of our store locations. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.  If you are local and purchased your item online, you may also return or exchange your item in any of our store locations. 

Online Returns: 
To be returned online, your item must meet our return guidelines and be within our 14-day timeframe or our extended holiday return policy. 

For items purchased internationally or outside of the contiguous United States, you are responsible for the return shipment and shipping cost of returning your item.   

Returns of large items marked with a special Shipping/Handling fee: 
Due to the significant costs associated with the shipment of large items, we are unable to refund the shipping and handling fee associated with certain larger or heavier items such as certain large statues.  Items with a special shipping/handling fee are identified in their product listings.

Return Limitations:
We reserve the right to deny or limit returns or exchanges for individuals or households who have been determined by our Loss Prevention department to have an exceptionally high pattern of return activity. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain the quality of our products and services for all customers.
