What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit cards, and Paypal for online purchases.
  • We also accept cash in our store.
  • We do not accept checks at this time.

When I will I receive my online purchase?

  • We ship promptly (packaged with great care!) via US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Please allow for the possibility of Covid-19 related shipping delays once your item is in transit, but you may typically expect your package within 5 days.
  • Most locations within the US ship from our doorstep to your in 2-3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! 

  • Worldwide shipping is $25.00 for orders totaling under $100.
  • Worldwide shipping is $50 for orders totaling over $100.

Will you hold something for me to purchase in person at your store?

  • Because many of the items we sell are limited in quantity, we are unable to place items on hold.
  • You may, however, purchase the item online! We offer shipping within the United States, or you can select the 'Pick up in store' option at checkout.  
  • By ordering online, you can be sure to get the items you seek!

What is your return policy?

  • You may return items within 14 days of purchase, as long as the packaging has not been opened.
  • If you purchased online and need to return a product, please contact us.

I can't find the item I'm looking for... can you get it?

  • We are happy to help you!
  • Some products we sell in store are not listed online, and we can also special order many items.
  • Please contact us by email, social media, or telephone. 

Do you take pre-orders?

Yes! We offer pre-orders on many items and product lines, especially action figures.

  • Most items are purchased in full at time of pre-order.
  • For certain higher value items, there may be a 20% deposit with the remaining balance paid in full before the items are received at the store. Please reach out to us with any questions.
