As fans ourselves, we understand that fast shipping and careful packaging of your items is of incredible importance! None of us ever want to receive a damaged box — we're honored to be trusted with your purchase, and we take huge pride in doing everything we can to protect both your package itself and the product within.  

  • Nearly all of our items ship within 1 business day — And whenever possible, your order is shipped on the same day as your purchase!
  • For orders within the United States, all orders totaling $50 or below have a flat-rate shipping charge of $5.95 per order.
  • We provide Free Shipping for most domestic orders totaling $50 or more.
  • Shipping Surcharges may apply to some oversized items. 

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, GPay, ShopPay, and more for online purchases. You can see all of our accepted payments at any time on the bottom bar of our website. We also offer and accept gift cards for our store. We do not accept checks.

Prompt and careful shipping of your items is our highest priority! Nearly all of our in stock items ship within 1 business day — And whenever possible, your order is shipped on the same day as your purchase!

You will receive an email notification with tracking when your order has shipped. Most domestic orders typically arrive within 3-4 business days after shipment.

To be fair to all of our customers, we cannot hold items. But don't worry —We offer in-store pickup to make sure your item is ready when you are! Just purchase your item online and select the 'Pick up in store' option at checkout.  

  • We are located in the United States and currently offer International Shipping to Canada, Mexico, and Australia. 
  • We are continuing to expand our International Shipping options in the near future!

If our inventory quantity for a statue or figure is fewer than 2 items, this item has very likely been assembled and securely display in one or both of our retail locations. 

As a company founded by passionate nerds, we take great pride in giving our in-store customers the opportunity to see and enjoy our statues, art, and other items in a professional and inviting store setting!

We retain all original boxes and packaging in their original pristine condition and professionally repackage each item with care upon its purchase. When buying an item that was once a store display, you can shop confidently knowing your item was quality checked before being sent to your location. In the unlikely event there are any issues with your item, we will reach out to you before shipment.

Return Basics:
You may return your in-store or online purchase at any of our store locations for 14 days after your purchase, or for 14 days after receiving your online order.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Gift cards are non refundable.

  • Please contact us at info@mycollectorsoutpost.com with any questions or to start a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • You may return your in-store or online purchase at any of our store locations for 14 days after your purchase, or for 14 days after receiving your online order.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • You will receive a refund to your original payment method once we have processed your return. We will contact you if there are any issues. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • For items purchased outside of the contiguous United States, you are responsible for the return shipment and shipping cost of returning your item.
