A shield maiden of Rohan, Eowyn was as good with a blade as any soldier. Eowyn felt strongly about her people and wanted to go to battle, but King Theoden ordered her back to Edoras to rule in his absence. Eowyn disobeyed her uncle and in disguise rode out to the Pelennor fields with the Rohirrim. In defense of her fallen king she defeated the Witch King, who was supposed to be invincible to men.

The sword of Eowyn is a one-handed sword, making it easier to wield from horseback. Much like the other swords of Rohan soldiers, it reflects the horse motifs in the pommel and the guard. Similar to King Theoden's sword, the hand guard and pommel have an antique brass finish.

This meticulously detailed sword features a solid metal guard and pommel with an antique brass finish and genuine leather-wrapped grip. The 30 1/8" blade is crafted of 1/4" thick 420 J2 stainless steel. Each sword is presented with a wood display plaque with authentic designs.
