Ulti One Piece Girls Collection Glitter of Ha Ichiban Statue

From the anime and manga series One Piece comes the brash and fierce pirate, Ulti!  Ulti was one of the one of the six Tobiroppo, the Shinuchi of the Beasts Pirates.  In her story, Ulti ate the Ryu Ryu no Mi, the ancient devil fruit that allowed her to transform between a full pachycephalosaurus dinosaur or a human-pachycephalosaurus hybrid at will!
