When are Pre-Orders shipped?
We understand the excitement and importance of receiving your item quickly and in beautiful condition.
Pre-order items are processed promptly upon their arrival with us. You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your item has shipped. See our Shipping Information for details and information about how carefully we ship your items, or check out the questions below.
Can I order both a Pre-Order & an In-Stock item in the same purchase?
- You can, although in some cases this may affect the shipping eligibility for your items.
- Just like our in-stock items, we provide free shipping for nearly all items priced $50.00 for more. If each item in your purchase is eligible for our free shipping offer, you're all set and we'll take it from there! Your orders will each be processed and shipped in separate packages.
- If your individual items are not eligible for free shipping, additional shipping charges may apply if you would like your items to arrive in separate shipments. In this case, keep reading below for more details.
When are pre-orders containing multiple items shipped?
Our shipping details are determined based on the cost of your items. Don't worry — your purchase total will always cover the shipment of your items in one package! We will also automatically ship your items individually whenever they are eligible. For more specifics, please read below or let us know if you have any questions.
- If the individual items in your purchase are eligible for our $50 Free Domestic Shipping offer, we will ship each qualifying item in your order when it arrives!
- Our flat-rate domestic shipping applies to each shipment of items totaling below $50. For purchases containing multiple of these smaller items, any pre-order purchase is already calculated for your order to be shipped together in 1 package. If your items happen to arrive at separate times, we are happy to hold them and ship your items together when they have all arrived.
- If you prefer to receive your each of your items right away, we will gladly process and ship your items individually for an additional charge per package.
- Our team is happy to help! If we notice you have pre-order items available to ship individually and expect that it will be a while before your full order has arrived, we will reach out to you with your shipping options and release date estimates.
What about the Shipping Details for pre-orders of oversized items?
- Special shipping fees may apply for certain very large or heavy items (such as large statues). Any shipping fee that applies to your pre-order item is included in your total at the time of purchase.
- These items process and ship individually upon their arrival with us.

Where can I see an item's expected arrival dates?
You'll find our most-current expected arrival date listed at the top of each Pre-Order item.
When is payment processed?
Pre-Order items are paid for in full at the time of purchase, allowing us to process and ship your item quickly upon their arrival.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Just as with any other purchase, all eligible customers may choose to complete their order using one of our accepted payment plan options, such as via PayPal or Shop Pay Installments.
What is your pre-order cancellation and refund policy?
Due to the limited nature and specialty manufacturing process of many of our pre-order items, as well as our financial commitments to our artists and vendors crafting these items, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for cancellation of pre-order items with a value of $150 or more.
We understand that there may be situations when you need to cancel a pre-order item, and we are always here to help. Should you need to make a cancellation, please send us an email at info@MyCollectorsOutpost.com so that we may process your return. A 20% restocking fee will be applied if applicable. The remainder of your purchase will be refunded to your original method of payment. Pre-order purchases made with store gift cards will be refunded to store credit.
